Doug Madden – Store Manager

He’s our Gabriel Oak, our Charlie Watts, our Mike Eruzione. The elusive ingredient that completes the recipe and turns satisfactory into outstanding. Doug is the rare individual that can do everything stressful, all at once, without getting upset. His spirit animal would be an Octopus. For over 28 years, he has had the super simple objective of insuring that everyone is happy all the time. He enjoys all the qualities essential to a legendary reputation: atomically punctual, metronomically upbeat, never disappointed, truly hilarious, has a gigantic heart {that gives and gives}, and knows all the dialogue to Young Frankenstein. A man amongst men. When you’re ready to start your next project, Doug’s easy-going manner, superb design capabilities and encyclopedic knowledge of tile is exactly the kind of person you’ll love collaborating with.
