Before visiting our Massachusetts tile store, ask yourself: Do you prefer Coastal, Contemporary, Mid-Century Modern, Art Deco, Transitional, Traditional, Rustic, or French Country? The layout and design of your home can guide you towards a theme and particular palette of colors. Tiles are perfect for designing spaces with a specific focal point, or as a platform to establish mood and atmosphere. Large tiles produce a feeling of spaciousness and calmness, while smaller tiles and patterns generate liveliness and energy. Both are commonly utilized in the same room. It’s good to first determine the overall hues of the room but you don’t have to relinquish or reconcile color and remain within all the same tones. Even a little suggestion of boldness is luminous and revitalizing.

• Call to book your appointment.
• Measure your room for overall dimensions including height to ceiling. Show placement of doors, windows, etc. Or take photos with your cell phone. Or sneak a copy of the flat plans & elevations drawings. Or just come in and we can draw it with you.
• Bring in photos of your existing space, or a space that you visited and loved. Trending photos are good but don’t get too hung up on ephemeral design trends. Tiles are robust and have long lifespans and we hand select all our products for timeless appeal.
• Provide any architectural elements to be considered. It’s a narrative that can inform and inspire the look of your room.
• Children and pets. It’s not like you’re going to forget that you have them but it’s important to let us know so we make sure to show you the indestructible tiles.
• Embrace color. Especially the original 8 Crayola colors that sold for a nickel in 1903 – red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, brown, and black – they will never fail you.
• Tell us what you want and what you love and we’ll take it from there.
